Chris Whitmore
Chris Whitmore
is a founder member of CW International. A graduate engineer, he
began his career in the aircraft industry before moving into production
management with a major European engineering company.
He spent many years in one of the large international management
consultancies and then ran a shipping and offshore contracting company
for a major British group.
He subsequently returned to management consultancy, forming the company that became
CW International in 1985.
He has extensive experience in achieving results with Client companies,
particularly in the field of developing and implementing new methods
of working. He is presently specialising in Crisis Management, Emergency
Response, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.

Mike Philip
Mike Philip is
a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who spent over 12 years in Shell
in various engineering roles.
He has a broad background in both operations and project engineering
in the subsea and facilities engineering arenas having been Head
of Subsea for the Osprey Project. Subsequently he was Head of Facilities
Engineering and Deputy Engineering Manager for the Shell Expro Northern
Business Unit.
Since joining CW International, Mike initially worked on a consultancy
basis with a major Shell UK project, and then gained considerable
experience in the development of HSE Management and Auditing systems
in the UK and abroad for a number of oil and gas companies. He also
advised on and supervised the preparation of Safety Cases.
He has spent most of the last 4 years working on front-end engineering
projects for the Shell International Deepwater community providing
both operational and front-end support.
Mike is responsible for all CW International's Engineering, Technical,
Operational and Project Services, particularly front-end engineering
projects and operations support.

Steve
Allinson
Steve Allinson
started his career as a marine engineer. He subsequently graduated
in electronic engineering and worked for several years around the
world as an operational manager for Schlumberger.
He is responsible for all of CW International's activities in South
East Asia and is presently based in Brunei. Steve's particular interests
are in Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning and HSE Management.

Simon Hayles
Simon is a qualified
industrial hygienist and occupational health and safety professional.
He has spent many years in the chemicals, cosmetics and oil and
gas industries. Simon initially joined CW International in 1996
working on HSE projects, particularly the design, development and
implementation of HSE Management Systems and Business Continuity
Programmes. He spent over 3 years working for Castrol as Northwest
Europe SHEQ Manager and European Supply Chain Business Continuity
Co-ordinator returning to CW International in April 2000.
Simon has in-depth
experience of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality issues especially
in complex international business streamed organisations. His particular
interests are in Business Continuity Planning, including Crisis,
Emergency and Disaster Planning, particularly as they relate to
Supply Chain Management. He is a professional member of the Business
Continuity Institute, the International Institute of Risk and Safety
Management, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and
the British Institute of Occupational Hygiene.
